NOTE: Caesar rotation is a simple encoding technique that replaces each letter with the letter that occurs places further down the alphabet, and wrapping around at the end, e.g., A becomes N, B becomes O, N becomes A, O becomes B, etc. It's not intended to be a secure method of encoding text. Its primary use is in widely distributed email or news, to make it harder to read text that some persons may find offensive. Some email and news readers have a function to caesar-rotate a message. The reader must explicitly call it if he chooses to read the potentially offensive material.
